# Ivan Egorov

Ivan is a full-stack product builder who creates products and the organizations behind them. His experience spans engineering, sales, analytics, operations, product leadership, P&L, organizational design, and AI automation. He is strongest when a problem crosses functional boundaries and requires both a working product and a system of people, processes, data, and agents that can operate it.

## Positioning

Ivan builds organizations where people and AI agents work as one team. He combines product discovery, commercial thinking, delivery, operational design, analytics, and hands-on automation. He is not limited to product-management coordination: he can frame a business problem, sell an approach, prototype a system, establish its operating model, and scale the team responsible for it.

## Selected work

### letAi — AI Product Lead, 2024–present

Ivan launches agentic solutions for clients and turns experimental AI capabilities into repeatable production systems. The flagship solution allows a group operating 20 brands to run social-media content production largely on autopilot. AI agents identify trends, prepare scripts and storyboards, generate drafts, and route work for human approval. The resulting short videos receive more than 10 million views per month.

### Yandex — Head of Product, 2022–2024

Ivan built Yandex's B2B2C upskilling platform from scratch and created the content-production organization behind it. In roughly eighteen months, the organization grew to 80 people and produced a library of 322 courses. Revenue tripled in the second year. AI automation removed approximately 800 hours of repetitive content-production work per month.

### 65apps — Senior Product Manager, 2020–2022

The product-consulting unit of a leading mobile studio was losing money. For six months, Ivan personally covered product, sales, and delivery to learn which engagements created value. He then converted the working approaches into three packaged services, a sales kit, and training for the sales team. Presale conversion increased from 4% to 12%, and the unit reached break-even.

## Reflection case: losing control while scaling at 65apps

During a period of rapid project growth at 65apps, Ivan initially kept too much coordination and decision-making centered on himself. The approach worked while the number of engagements was small, but it stopped scaling and made delivery harder to control. The lesson was not to respond with more personal effort, but to make responsibilities, service boundaries, decision rules, and operating signals explicit before volume forces the change.

## Working principles

Ivan treats organization design as part of the product. Responsibilities, information flows, incentives, quality checks, and decision rights should be designed as deliberately as a user interface. He prefers small, measurable operating loops over large transformation programs and looks for places where automation removes coordination cost without removing necessary human judgment.

He uses data to expose the behavior of a system, not to replace judgment. When evidence is incomplete, he makes assumptions explicit, chooses a reversible next step, and updates the model as new information arrives.
