Overview

Personal remote text-to-speech (Remote TTS) Telegram bot for Windows computers. Allows sending text messages to the bot from any device, prompting the PC to speak them aloud via connected speakers or headphones. Supports interactive male and female voice selection (Russian WaveNet and English Neural2) via inline keyboards, sequential non-overlapping playback queue, and Telegram ID access controls.
